Key Qualifications
John McGrew is a fourth generation general contractor who has been in the construction industry for 46 years. He has spent his career building progressive experience in all phases of heavy industrial and commercial construction. He delivered a project under one of the first Multiple Prime Delivery Methods in 1986 on the ISU Campus in Ames. IA. For the last 20 years, Mr. McGrew has served the educational sector in a senior management capacity. Mr. McGrew has a demonstrated record of timely and cost-effective completion of individual major projects, programs and educational facilities construction programs totaling over $2.5 billion. His experience includes the entire spectrum of project, program, and construction management, from initial conceptualization and entitlement through design, engineering and pre-construction, construction, commissioning and closeout.
